The app extracts conversation text from that screenshot so it can generate suggested replies. The extracted conversation text may include message content, display names, usernames, phone numbers, or other personal information that appears in the screenshot.

Rizzponse does not send the screenshot image itself to OpenAI for reply generation. Only the extracted conversation text needed to generate a response is sent after you give permission.

We use the information we collect for various purposes:

To extract conversation text from screenshots you submit and generate AI-powered reply suggestions

3. Data Security

AI Processing: With your permission, we send extracted conversation text from your screenshot to our backend and to OpenAI, LLC so OpenAI can process the text and generate AI reply suggestions. We do not send the screenshot image itself to OpenAI for this purpose.
Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, app, payment processing, analytics, hosting, support, and other business operations
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you

5. AI-Based Features and User Permission

Rizzponse offers AI-based reply suggestions. Before extracted conversation text from a screenshot is sent to a third-party AI service, the app asks for your permission. If you do not provide permission, the extracted conversation text will not be sent to OpenAI for AI reply generation.

What is sent: the extracted conversation text from the screenshot you submit, along with any settings needed to generate a useful reply, such as tone or spice level.

Who receives it: Rizzponse's backend and OpenAI, LLC.

What is not sent: the screenshot image itself is not sent to OpenAI for reply generation.

Why it is sent: the extracted text is used to understand the conversation context and generate suggested responses. We do not sell this conversation text.

We require service providers that process personal data for us, including AI service providers, to protect the data they process for us using privacy and security protections that are the same as or substantially equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
